If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! My insurance company decided to non renew because of the age of my roof so I had the task to find a “good dependable “ company. I asked for quotes from at least 8 roofers. Some didn’t even respond. But of those that did, the only one that I felt comfortable with was Tactical!!! Best decision ever! They were not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. From start to finish the process was flawless. Mike, Kimberly, Howard and the awesome install crew……Thank You

Tactical Roofing Solutions replaced my roof this summer prior to Hurricane Ian. Their slogan is "Putting people before profit". Their outstanding customer service backs this up. I worked with Paul, Layla, Kevin, and Sandy. Their goal was for me to be satisfied. I was extremely happy with their work. Even though my project was a small job, I was treated like royalty. My landscaping was protected and the whole crew worked hard to give me a beautiful new roof that was in perfect condition following Hurricane Ian! Kudos to Tactical Roofing Solutions!

After Ian struck, we needed a tarping service and roof replacement. The work was done efficiently and professionally by this local company but I think the 5 stars were really driven by communication. If you call or text Micheal or Kimberly they responded even though they were run off their feet with all the work coming in from Ian. Would definitely use them again in the future.
